Candidates in instructional design and technology  and the online endorsement certificate create online strategies to be used in the classroom.  These strategies are available to all education candidates and are posted here for full access:  education.stvincent.edu/uploads/9/6/6/8/9668125/online_teaching_strategies_2020.pdf

Samples of Module and App development to address different learners in the classroom.

In GCIT 624, all IDT or Online Endorsement candidates are required to design and develop a classroom app for individualized and differentiated instruction.  Additionally, in GCED 625, all candidates are required to design a HTML5 online tutorial to targeted audiences and offer multi modal instruction that address needs of different learners.

Samples of ITS certification projects and portfolios.

In GCIT 684, graduate students consult with a faculty member to transition a face-to-face course to online.  The following samples are of course tours in which graduate consultants highlight their course design, developed content, assignments, and functionality for new students taking the course in the online format. All of the interactivity, structure, cloud-based assignments, and content post-production is completed by the student consultant.  The faculty member serves as the SME (subject matter expert).
