Biography: Courtney holds a MA degree in Student Affairs in Higher Education from IUP (2000) and BS degree from the University of Pittsburgh in Psychology (1998). Courtney also completed post-secondary coursework in School Counseling from Duquesne University. Her career experience includes serving in Assistant Director roles at the Carnegie Mellon University and Heinz College career centers for several years prior to her arrival as Director of the Career and Professional Development Center at Saint Vincent College in 2007. Since then, Courtney has served on several boards in executive positions, is MBTI certified, and currently serves as an adjunct, for the college, teaching two undergraduate courses, Career and Leadership Development and Career Exploration and Planning, and one graduate course in the Education Department, Career and Lifestyle Counseling.
