Act 48 Form
Beginning July 1, 2000, Act 48 required persons holding Pennsylvania professional educator certification to complete continuing education requirements every five years in order to maintain their certificates as active. If you currently have a teaching certificate and have taken courses at Saint Vincent College for Act 48 credit hours please complete the form below. Make sure to have the exact dates that you took the courses.
