Biography: Ms. Joan Roach is the Education Department Administrative Assistant. Ms. Rocah holds an A.S. in Business at Robert Morris University and her responsibilities include student services and certification. She also assists in Department functions and communications. Prior to joining the Education Department, Ms. Roach served as a part-time assistant for Saint Vincent ScienceWise (an outreach program to local schools), media specialist at Volkswagon of America, assistant to the Director of Communications for Greater Latrobe School District, and an office manger at the Ligioner Echo Newspaper.
