Tips for Working with Fillable PDF forms
**For caution, you may want to save your comments by copy/pasting them into a word document the first time you try the system. If your system has trouble with the forms, the comments will still be safe until Dr. Nowikowski can help with the issue.**
--After Downloading the file. Save it to a folder on your computer. Before filling it out, select File>Duplicate anD Then, File>Rename. This will allow you to create a Unique name for the observation or Evaluation file., and will prevent you having to download the form each time it is needed.
If you find that your .PDF reader is not working well with the forms, WE recommend downloading the Free extension Doc Hub to Google Docs. This is especially effective if your school district uses Google Classroom.
1. Create A google Account.
2. Go to your browser and google "google Drive."
3. Open google Drive and download the Forms from this site to Google Drive. You Should be able to do A drag and drop into google Drive from the download folder.
4. Once the document is in google drive, double click the document. In the top center of the screen is a drop down that says "open with." Choose doc hub.
5. You can fill out your form and sign it Electronically in DocHuB. Email the report directly from DocHUB to tHe Student Teacher and College Supervisor.
